Come and learn how to get your lawn off toxic chemicals which can contaminate drinking water, compromise human health and harm birds and other wildlife. Maintain a healthy, flourishing landscape incorporating best practices for organic and least-toxic care. Special presentation by the Perfect Earth Project at 1:00 pm followed by “Plants for Birds”—a special presentation by Kelly Knutson of National Audubon.
The Perfect Earth Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising consciousness about the dangers of toxic lawn and garden chemicals for people, their pets, and the planet. Perfect Earth Project educates homeowners and professionals in nature-based landscape management techniques that provide beautiful, safe results at no extra cost.
